Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-3 business days.
• International orders take 5-7 business days to be delivered via Carrier DHL, Carrier Unicargo, Carrier Fedex or Carrier UPS and we ship within same 1-2 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country, your quantity, and your weight of your packages. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@disposupply.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
• Please note: custom orders that aren't damaged or faulty are non-refundable since the supplier will have no use for the products once they are printed.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will print and ship your order directly to your doorstep.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@disposupply.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within two to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

We request your files to be respectful of others and of the law, so keep that in mind before you hit the add-to-cart button. Content that is hateful, illegal, and that violates intellectual property rights may be reviewed and removed at any time. 

Note that by using DispoSupply services, you agree to follow our guidelines and Terms of Service. By uploading print files to your library or an order, you understand you're solely responsible for the content in those print files and own the rights to print, use, sell, and distribute the content.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that your customer got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but your customer thinks they haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
